Must be a full-time equivalent Community Services student.

Must have paid their membership fees into the Faculty of Community Services Society (FCSS)

Must be currently enrolled in courses of any given semester when obtaining.

Must be able to pick the card up on campus at our HQ during office hours after successfully filling out the request form.
